– Machined aluminum bushings. These spacers, play an important structural function, improving sturdiness against lateral stresses.
– Rubber washers for a better shock absorption. Another purpose, is to create a little gap from the car's body and the guard's base plate, to avoid rust problems. Washers are made from an UV and atmospheric agents resistant polymer.
– Two fastening alternatives on the car's body: with threaded inserts (suggested for W463 models) or with through screws, self locking nuts and wide flat washers (suggested for W460/461 models). Self-locking nuts, prevent unscrewing from vibrations. Wide flat washers, distribute effectively the efforts of clamping and do not damage the body's paint.
– Ergal 7075 screws with TORX drive.
– Supply includes a mask for guided drilling on the sheet metal of the mudguard.
